Shu Pu-erh made according to the classic 7562 recipe at the old Menghai Tea Factory in 2003. A rare original tea. The taste is smooth and silky with pronounced woody and honey notes. Brewing Recommendation:
Water Temperature: –100 °C (212 °F)
Tea Amount: 5-10 grams per 150 ml
Steeping Time: Start with a quick rinse. First infusion: 15-20 seconds. Increase time gradually for subsequent steeps. It yields a consistent and enjoyable session.
