Shu Pu-erh “Green Mark” made according to the classic 7572 recipe, produced in 1990. The 7572 recipe was developed in 1975, when the first true shu pu-erhs appeared, and remains one of the benchmark formulas of traditional factory production.
This is not modern shu pu-erh. Made using old-school processing methods, the tea has fully matured over decades of storage. The infusion is thick, dark, and dense in texture. The flavor reveals aged wood, camphor notes, and the characteristic sweetness of old pu-erh, with depth and complexity unfolding infusion after infusion.
The tea creates a powerful and deep state. It fills the body with energy, sharpens focus, and feels smooth and balanced at the same time. This is more than just a warming tea — it creates a full-bodied state that lasts and is physically noticeable.
It withstands many infusions, maintaining both flavor and effect steadily throughout the session.
Brewing Recommendation for Optimal Strength:
  • Water Temperature: –100 °C (–212 °F)
  • Tea Amount: 5-7 grams per 150 ml
  • Steeping Time: Start with a quick rinse. First infusion: 15-40 seconds. Increase time gradually for subsequent steeps. This robust tea can yield many infusions.
*Presented as a traditional 357-gram tea cake.*
